Chuck O'Donnell Consulting Inc. is a private practice focused on contributing to the public good while at the same time adding to shareholder value.  

Governments seek to serve their citizens in the most beneficial and tax-payer cost-effective manner.  Sometimes that best manner is by providing a service with internal resources, particularly if the service is relatively unique to that group of citizens.  However, other times the better option is to use a company that is providing comparable services to a good number of other North American jurisdictions.  

Why?  Well, those companies will likely enjoy benefits resulting from a high degree of specialization in a particular service that would be difficult and very expensive for any one jurisdiction to meet.  As well, by serving the needs of the citizens of several jurisdictions a company typically has access to favourable pricing for products, equipment and specialized staff resulting from greater economy of scale.  Enabling companies with effective, well-priced solutions to work cooperatively with regulators to meet the presenting needs of citizens in a cost-effective and efficient manner contributes substantially to the public good and enables citizens to be provided with high quality, cost-effective services in a timely manner.
